Shoshanna is a nationally recognized leader in experiential education, known for designing transformational learning experiences that connect people to the world and to one another. With a rich background living and working in countries such as Kenya, Indonesia, Ecuador, Haiti, Thailand, and Israel/Palestine, she brings a grounded, global perspective to every partnership. As the former Executive Director of the Independent Schools Experiential Education Network (ISEEN), she supported over 150 schools and 2,000 educators in areas like outdoor education, global learning, community engagement, social-emotional learning, leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Throughout her career, Shoshanna has led numerous global learning and service programs, creating immersive social justice and environmental experiences for hundreds of students annually. As the founder of ShoshEE Consulting, she collaborates with educational institutions and organizations to integrate experiential learning and social impact into their core missions through effective strategy, program design, training, and leadership development.
